Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note this may be extended during sale periods.
All parcels are sent from rural Tasmania — please allow additional delivery time for mainland Australia.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — you are responsible for providing a valid address at the time of purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
