Domestic and international orders are shipped the same day as being picked, usually 48 hours after the time of receipt. Orders are sent via Australia Post or Fastways for domestic orders.
To track your domestic order, go to the Australia Post tracking website and enter the tracking number that appears on your invoice or shipping notification.
For international orders, go to DHL website and enter the tracking number that appears on your invoice or shipping notification.
Delivery charges are a fixed price and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). The exchange rate is determined at the time of processing and is determined by international credit card providers or Banks, who may have an additional processing charge attached. The international customer is liable for this cost.
Delivery times vary according to the country of receipt and our deliver partner schedules. However we estimate delivery times to be within 4-10 working days of shipping collection from our Australian warehouse.

For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations within the destination country.
